Their process is quick, with the first interview occurring days after recruiter communication. Recruiter emails mention a 45-minute to 1-hour interview slot, which was vague. I expected the interviewer would allow continuation beyond 45 minutes if needed, but the interview stopped abruptly at 45 minutes with only minutes of debugging remaining for my coding problem. I had to solve two medium-difficulty problems in approximately 20-30 minutes. It would have been better if the interviewer had at least mentioned at the start of the interview their plan to stop precisely at 45 minutes. With a variable time communicated in recruiter emails, any candidate would expect an extra 15 minutes if they are just a step away from a perfect solution.
