Horrible. I spent an entire hour with a TikTok manager who basically just said how good his team was and a little about the role. He didn't ask me any questions, nor did he inquire about my CV or experience. It felt like they just wanted to boast.
This wasn't a one-off, as I applied for the same role across two summers and had the exact same experience. Absolutely awful.
