The interviewer was friendly, and I completed two LeetCode medium-hard level coding challenges. It took around 20 minutes per question, with follow-ups on optimizing time complexity. This was the first round, so there were no behavioral or other non-technical questions.

Cons: Poor if you can't speak Chinese, as everyone needs to work with the China teams and you will be relying on auto-translate for your meetings. Stressful culture with high expectations but ill-defined processes to get there. Many nice, helpful people, however.
