Very poor organization, starting from the top levels of management all the way down. The tasks falling into your role are not clear, and you are always asked to do more and more. After a couple of months, you realize you are swamped with extra tasks and projects, and you do not have time for balancing all of these. Also, even if you give 130% of yourself, it is not clear if you are going to advance upwards.
