Unfortunately, the impression is that what was conceived during its creation did not hold up when it arrived in Brazil, more specifically in SP. Unprepared leaders give feedback in meetings in a disrespectful manner and without valuing the employee, as if they were in a bar, holding a lighter. I feel they don't value the differences between people, they don't recognize dedication in projects, and they put us in boxes. There's a sequence of managers who worked together in other companies, which shows that the way to get an opportunity to prosper in the company is by being part of their clique.
A sugestão para a gerência é abrir um plano de carreira que seja visível para os funcionários e que não fiquemos na mão de nossos gestores diretos. Deveria ter uma equipe de RH olhando para isso.
