Backend Developer
There are three rounds of technical interviews. The interviewers focus mainly on your past experiences and coding ability. If you pass all three rounds, a "bq" interview will follow, and then you will get the result after about a week.

Absolutely a disaster. HR would not show any respect to the interviewee. The technical interview is directly throwing two LeetCode hard questions. Also, work-life balance sucks. Colleagues are unfriendly to new graduates and unwilling to offer help.
