High compensation (400 RMB per day) Friendly environment
High workload (10 a.m. to 10 p.m.)
The interview process mainly involves algorithm questions. Firstly, the interviewer and you would give self-introductions, then you'd move on to the algorithm questions. The interviewers are nice. They would give you hints if you got stuck.
The first round was a phone call. The interviewer was kind, but all that was asked were HR questions. The interviewer was unhappy that I was unable to relocate, and I did not get past the first round.
I had a couple of rounds of interviews. It felt very impersonal, and no personal questions were asked. Scheduling was tough because the available timeslots were all evenings, and the interviewers were all from China.
