Nothing worth noting other than free foods.

Cons

Data BP leaders hand-picked their favorite employees and only gave those individuals opportunities. PIPs are common, with 20% of the team optimized into PIPs every quarter. There's no career growth if you are non-Chinese. Also, the toxic culture here pressures you to work overtime every day.

Advice to Management

Be more globalized by using English as the first language. Those who are weak in English shouldn't even be allowed to relocate to Singapore. Always use Chinese in meetings. What's the point of hiring non-English speaking employees?
