ML Engineer
I applied online and had an online interview. However, the interviewer seemed uninterested in hiring anyone at all. They didn't even ask any coding questions, and we only discussed my resume for 20 minutes.

I was told by the BRIC Team that the team would be English only and therefore I didn't need to worry about any Chinese. However, I ended up with a Chinese-only interviewer. Safe to say, I didn't pass the round and haven't heard back since.
