Trendy Tech Company, Terrible Management and Compensation
The team is generally nice, and there's a lot of good talent in it.
Not much else I can think of.
- Bad salary, same standard as contractors (vendors).
- Treatment also same standard as contractors (vendors).
- They hired so many people from vendors that the company's mentality is not dog-eat-dog vendor style.
- No proper career path.
- Senior management is at extremely amateur, laughable levels.
- Questionable decisions all the time from HQ.
- Forcing everyone to back to the office as soon as possible even though 95% of the Dublin workforce started remotely and has already proven that job requirements can be met. Most people do not want to go back to the office.
- Employee retention is as low as contractors due to crappy work conditions and poor, below-average compensation.
Grow up and understand Europe is not China.
Paying badly and asking too much will not be good long-term.
