Chaotic Culture (immature and idealistic)
Constantly hammering you about values of inclusion, but this is one point they never really follow through on.
A company which is great on the surface, but has absolutely no care for their employees. Team leaders join and quit on a whim. Workers are either entirely overworked or underutilized.
Worst company I ever worked at.
Don't dismiss your employees so easily just because they're in a lower position.
