Work-life balance is completely compromised. Forcing people to come to the office 5 days a week after 5 years is absolutely horrendous.
Especially when done under the guise of collaboration. Meetings are still conducted online, with no actual interaction taking place.
Imposing more projects and responsibilities while taking away benefits during the festive period of the year and expecting people to be motivated is just so funny.
