The work environment has become increasingly toxic due to poor management. The hybrid working model has been discontinued, significantly reducing flexibility. Employees are under immense pressure, with mass layoffs occurring every few months. Performance review outcomes are often predetermined and tend to undervalue employees’ actual contributions. Many team leads misuse their authority, and despite complaints, HR and upper management fail to take any meaningful action, often dismissing concerns entirely. Work-life balance has deteriorated since the mandatory return to office, and there is little to no genuine concern for employee well-being. Two years ago, TT laid off many employees and closed several smaller markets. Now, new QAs are hired for some of those same markets on short-term, 12-month contracts. Are they reopening those markets or not? Nobody understands what is going on. Frequent changes in our workflow make it difficult to stay consistent. Each time we adjust to one approach, it’s replaced by another, which suggests some uncertainty in management decisions. It’s a difficult and unstable place to work, especially if you have a family or young children. I wouldn’t recommend it; better to avoid if possible. Most of those who remain are staying only because of financial obligations like mortgages and loans.
