Very toxic environment. Culture on the paper is not a reality. Lack of transparency from management. Low salary based on responsibilities. Low quality food provided on site and rationed portions. Employee is not heard at all. Micromanaging and lack of respect from some other teams.
It is still time to change the company culture and how to deal with employees.
