Crazy targets and unrealistic expectations
The targets are difficult to achieve, and even the training was a stressful experience packed with exams and unrealistic expectations. When unable to finish a task due to time constraints and other clashes, we were advised to finish the job in "our free time," meaning after working hours, as we didn't have any free time.
This is a job with no human interaction, and the role of the QA is really similar to an agent role in other companies. The company should really revise its targets and implement a proper employee wellness program.
I'm giving 2 stars also for "Compensation and Benefits" as, although the salary is good, the contract states that they are free to pay you less if you don't meet their expectations.
