Nice pay, but toxic culture
No trust from manager. Too much work to handle, and OT is expected. Maybe a nice fit for a fresh graduate, but definitely not for experienced engineers, especially non-Chinese speakers.
The pay is good. The technology is cutting edge. It's a nice place to start your career.
