The scale of the company can provide you with a good platform with enough internal technical support.
Unfriendly environment for non-Chinese speakers, as most tech docs and its communication language is chiefly Chinese.
I would prefer more attention from my leader, but I understand that the number of direct subordinates a leader has is the major obstacle.
