The interview was bad. The interviewer was not paying attention at all to what I was saying. The code was pretty mediocre, and they asked me all the right questions without truly listening to my responses. In the end, I was accepted and then rejected

Two rounds with a software engineer from the team. LeetCode questions around medium difficulty. Asked about background as well as gave context of the job. Smooth process with a quick turnaround; HR was responsive.

First, you apply and get an OA. If you score well enough (you don't need a perfect score), then you get the interview, where they give you really hard questions. It depends on the interviewer, but someone I knew got an easy string question.
