It is depressing to work here
Decent pay in the current job climate.
Hostile working environment. Impossible to succeed if your command of Chinese is not excellent. Does not care for code quality. The environment in the office is really depressing. People constantly sigh, swear, and loudly proclaim that they want to quit every day of the week.
Please do not market your jobs as an "English role" if the team still uses Chinese 99% of the time.
