Management is strong. They are technical and they know what they are doing, but I just start up very fast, changing.
There are high expectations. Stability cannot be there if you're expecting that you can work there for long years. It may not.

Software Engineer (SWE II)
The process was two rounds of technical interviews and a technical assessment. You must write runnable code, and you may need to optimise from brute force. The focus was mainly on Data Structures & Algorithms, clean coding, and edge case handling.
QA Engineer
It was conducted in a mix of Chinese and English. It was quite difficult and due to some technical difficulties on their end, there was no live coding. Interviewer was relatively nice and answered my questions patiently.
Safety Labeling Quality Assurance
The interview process was very smooth, scheduling-wise. The coordinator set up the links, and as long as I maintained a stable internet connection, everything worked nicely. I liked how the interviewers asked about my experiences in great detail.
