Pay is okay, but it's not that great if you count salary per hour worked.
Lack of career growth. Random re-orgs. Sometimes your role and manager will be re-orged randomly for no good reason as well.
US-style leadership should be embraced, rather than purely focusing on Chinese-style leadership.
