It was a good experience.
Needs more support of mentorship.
The interview process was straightforward. It followed this path: OA -> HR -> Technical Interview. The OA was not too bad. The interview with HR was a basic behavioral assessment. The technical interview was a medium LeetCode difficulty. They get
OA: 120 minutes for 2 multiple-choice questions and 3 coding questions. Included Unix scripting, data structures (multiple choice involving JavaScript and coding), and SQL. Debugging was required, and the assessment was fairly difficult but doable.
Two LeetCode questions. One hard, one medium. 30 minutes each with two interviewers. Overall importance is for the logic, not the coding language. The interview is team-specific, hence team matching happens before the actual interview process begins.
