Pros: - Latest technology - Lot of benefits

Cons: - Not very communicative work culture

Pros: Pay, culture, and benefits. Lots of great coworkers.

Cons: Leadership turnover is pretty frequent. There are lots of middle management.

Pros: Small and nimble, it's easy to move fast and make a huge impact. People are very supportive and open to collaboration because there is very little overlap in platform team initiatives. Open source and cutting edge are encouraged. Since there is only one app, it's very easy to focus. Engineering leadership is very progressive and focuses on hiring the best people for the job, while keeping hiring objective and focusing on diversity of talent.

Cons: If you are looking for a place where larger momentum must move you, this might not be for you. This is a place where self-starting leaders can thrive, as leadership is very open to new ideas that actually solve outstanding issues.
