Recruiter reached out; the initial call was to assess skills, background, and compensation expectations.

1st round: DSA - 45 minutes. This round had two developers from Tinder. They asked me to talk about myself, then proceed with a DSA problem. I was asked a Sudoku verification question.

2nd round: Virtual onsite - 4 hours. I had to build an app from scratch. I was given a document mentioning a few required features, and the rest was up to me on what extra to add. I met three different senior developers who kept checking in to provide small feedback or answer any questions. Finally, there was a 45-minute session at the end for them to assess my entire app and ask questions about why I chose a certain architecture or why I wrote a specific function the way I did. Give weightage to writing good, testable code.

3rd round: Hiring manager - 45 minutes. This round involved discussing my experience, skills, and behavioral questions.

Overall, it was a good experience. The interviewers were passionate, helpful, and gave good feedback. I felt that asking the right questions and responding to the feedback gave me an edge.
