A flaming car wreck
I used to be able to say "small team, big impact," but that was all burned to the ground three months ago.
Incompetent leadership.
Political middle managers.
No product vision.
Too many days in a toxic, political office.
No actual learning from past failures; just a rush to the next one.
This place is in a death spiral. I can't wait to leave. And almost everyone I work with feels the same way. Great job on that "reorg", guys.
