• OA: A word doc is shared. Write a technical document based on the requirements document. It was a timed assessment. I think it was 90 mins.

It was a very open-ended question on deciding to build a volunteering assigning and ranking system.

The instructions about the system itself were very clear, but how they needed to be answered was not very clear.

They got back to me saying the solution I provided was too technical.
