The process included a phone screen plus five rounds of technical interviews. Technical interview questions ranged from easy to ridiculously hard and obtuse. The real problem, however, was the interviewers. Some of them had a bad attitude and actively misled candidates instead of encouraging them along the right track. This is important when going in blind on such technical screening questions.
