This was one of the best interview processes I've been through. All of the interviewers were genuinely interested in getting to know me and happy to be there.

For each tech interview, the questions were extremely fair. They asked a lot of probing questions around the approach, thought process, and solution. They really allowed you to demonstrate not only your coding and technical abilities, but also soft skills that are differentiators in more senior roles.

While it was an in-depth interview process (5 total interviews: 3 technical, 1 culture, 1 executive), I felt like it accurately depicted my abilities as an engineer and what it would be like to work with me.
