Process
I applied for a software developer role. The interview process was quite relaxed and enjoyable, consisting of an introductory call, a technical challenge interview, as well as a culture interview. All the interviewers I spoke with were very friendly, and I enjoyed speaking to them all.
The technical interview consisted of a live coding challenge, which was a more realistic problem rather than the usual technical challenges. This was a nice change.
Unfortunately, I didn't get the offer, but overall, it was a great experience.

Company policy does not allow people to grow to the principal+ levels if they work on a single product, as there is an official list of boxes you need to 'tick,' and one product (regardless of how great you've established it) doesn't count.
