Interview Process:
Pros:
I think they have a pretty good interview procedure set up. I liked the prompt acknowledgement of my application, the availability poll for scheduling, and the event invites with details of the upcoming interview. They were transparent and fair about their expectations and upfront about salary. The technical questions were easy but good for an interview because there was room to show my thought process. I enjoyed conversations with their technical people during the interviews.
Cons:
I often had to check in with their HR people to get a response or get them to hop into a scheduled meeting, and my recruiter was not very responsive via email. I also got the feeling that the behavioral interviewers relied on canned questions so much that we missed the opportunity for an authentic conversation. They did give me feedback for what was missing from my responses, but I think it could have been addressed with an explicit question in the interview.
