- Really smart and engaged colleagues.
- Interesting technical problems and users.
- Everyone really seems to pull for each other.
They have severely rolled back remote/hybrid working options.
Mandatory office days with potentially more to come.
Managers seem to have been taken unaware, and the change was rolled out in meetings with HR.
- Please give us back the flexibility we had, and our peers in other countries continue to have.
I enjoy coming to the office a few times a month, but the mood has seriously shifted with this 'forcing' motion.
