Standard interview process. Offer wasn't competitive, but probably fair given the difficulty of the loop. A con was the interviews were for a specific team, but none of the interviewers were on that team.
Applied online and received a call a few days later from a recruiter. Set up a technical screen via a screen share meeting. Then attended 4 onsite interviews. Two of the four hours were dedicated to technical questions. Nothing too difficult.
Communication with the third-party recruiter was really good and helpful. He guided me in all aspects until the onsite interviews. I really enjoyed meeting the team, but I couldn't perform as per expectations. However, I learned a lot for the futur
