Relaxed Culture, No 401k
The culture is very relaxed and positive, yet still committed to providing the best product possible. There's an unlimited PTO policy, and you're allowed to work from home as often as you want. There are also a lot of fun internal events, like hackathons and renting out places, with all expenses paid.
There's no 401k matching, which a lot of full-time employees are pushing for.
I'm glad that there are efforts in place to keep employee satisfaction and communication levels up.
