Used to be such a great place to work. Great vibe, good benefits, good people.
It's gone so downhill recently.
SLT is trying to keep investors happy.
There have been 10% company layoffs.
Benefits are being cut all over the place.
Forcing RTO in Ireland! A truly awful policy when remote was so successful.
Toast is no longer the place it was.
There's also no transparency. Leadership decided to plow ahead with RTO despite overwhelming negative feedback.
I don’t know if toast can’t be saved anymore.
