Junior Software Developer Interview Experience - Newton, Massachusetts
Process
I'm a new grad. I sent my CV, and after two phone interviews, I was flown in for a day of technical tests at the Newton Offices.
The two phone interviews were fairly straightforward. One of them involved implementing StringBuilder in Java. The on-site interviews were rigorous, during which I spoke with six different people, each of whom had me solve whiteboard problems.
Overall, it was a positive experience with fast replies and a generally swift process. They focus on computer science core concepts, so brush up on algorithms and data structures.
