Pros: - Good work-life balance.
- People are very keen to help you, even if they've never talked with you before.
- Working with brilliant people.
- Opportunity to work on one of the greatest traveling sites.
- Very inclusive.
Cons: Even though this is slowly changing, you can still end up working with older technologies. I think it's normal for a 20-year-old product.
