I applied online and waited for the recruiters for two months. After two months, a recruiter scheduled a screening call but did not join it. I sent a follow-up email with a reminder about the scheduled call. The recruiter answered that they had an emergency and could not join the call. We rescheduled this call, and the recruiter also ignored the next one.
