I had a phone screen where I had to code a medium-difficulty problem in the language of my choice. From there, I had an in-person interview, 1:1 with five engineers (one hour each). I am sure I did well on the questions they asked; I didn't answer 100%, but 90-95%. I didn't get an offer and I am puzzled as to why. I have 11 years of experience. Perhaps they thought I'd be expensive? Overall, the people were nice and the office was great.
