Process
The first step was a quick call with HR.
The next step was a video call with the hiring manager.
The chat with the hiring manager consisted of intros, a walk-through of the resume/experience, some technical discussion, and a live coding question.
HR did not mention there would be a coding question on the second round, but did mention there would be one sometime in the process.
The company responded back with detailed feedback on how I tackled the coding question.

Now, good engineers have to tolerate working with those folks, teaching them over and over again how to write code that does not suck.
