Very fast. The interview process included a phone screen with a recruiter, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, and then an on-site interview.

The recruiter worked with me prior to my on-site interview to ensure I was ready and familiar with the company values. Unlike many places I’ve worked, TripAdvisor treats its values very seriously and uses them when evaluating candidates. This is something I’ve experienced firsthand, as I’ve interviewed people for TripAdvisor.
