The first step was a paper test, followed by an interview. The interviewer asked me several questions based on my CV. Questions included:
- How did you implement persistence in your project?
- What is the difference between StringBuilder and StringBuffer?
- What does 'thread-safe' mean?
- How many bytes does an
intvalue occupy? - How many bytes does a
floatvalue occupy? - What does it mean if a variable is
final?

Very people oriented.
Lots of great social development / team building.
Cons: Insurmountable technical debt.
Too many silos: divisions competing internally, not terribly effective.
Shallow product roadmaps.
