I was contacted by a recruiter one month after applying.
We agreed on a time for the interview; however, the recruiter never called.
After I messaged them to ask what had happened, they said the call didn't complete.
I tried rescheduling, but with no success.
This certainly downgraded the image I had of this company.

Very people oriented.
Lots of great social development / team building.
Cons: Insurmountable technical debt.
Too many silos: divisions competing internally, not terribly effective.
Shallow product roadmaps.
