Software Engineer Interview Experience - Boston, Massachusetts

Process

I was recruited after on-campus interviews, which were a series of problems that I coded on paper. I was then asked to complete some engineering challenges on their website, which I did. Afterward, I contacted them. Two weeks later, I was flown out to Boston for an onsite interview. This involved a four-stage interview, with questions that seemed to vary greatly from interviewer to interviewer. The interviews included only code-on-whiteboard questions, with no system architecture discussions. I heard back within a week.
