I first met with an on-campus recruiter and had a positive experience. This was followed by an hour-long Skype interview and a take-home coding assignment, for which I had two days to complete. Only a single solution was wanted; otherwise, I would not get the job.
After that, there were two to three hour-long technical interviews onsite with current developers. While onsite, they did not take the time to show me the building, work environment, or anything else. They went straight to the technical questions.
I was asked many questions about main data structures, memory management, pointers, sorting algorithms, and other arbitrarily less-known data structures and methods.
The interview process for just an internship job was much beyond the normal process; it seemed more like an interview for a permanent software job. I also found they had no respect for the amount of time I had put into the process, by the end just brushing off all the effort I had put in, not acknowledging everything that had been done to get to that point.
Overall, it was a terrible experience and a waste of time, not worth the effort.
