Process
This experience was unsatisfactory. I am from California, and the company is based on the East Coast. When they scheduled my interview, they assumed I knew it would be EST instead of PST and did not mention the time zone. This was despite recruiting me at my school's career fair in California.
The question was extremely open-ended, and the interviewer gave me only about 15 minutes to answer it. After 15 minutes, he stated, "Sorry, but I don't think you're right for this position," and hung up.
