On-campus recruiting interview. I had applied through a career fair event.
I later had a one-on-one interview, asking a variety of coding questions focusing on data structures, trees in particular.
Heard back from the recruiter via email two weeks later with a (negative) response.
All communication was done through emails.

You get to work on things that you are passionate about.
Interesting tech stack. Everyone is enthusiastic and passionate about the work they do.
People are very friendly.
Cons: It is a small office, which is both good and bad.
