Pros: Very nice, helpful people.
Free lunch.
As an intern, I really wasn't treated as one. I was given full-time projects to work on, which is great! I learned a lot.
Cons: The "speed wins" philosophy may not suit all engineers; it leads to somewhat messy code.

Pros: The company moves fast and is willing to make big changes to the site.
CEO and management are very much in touch with engineers.
There is little red tape; responsibility lies with individual engineers.
Catered lunches and a snack wall are provided.
Cons: - A sink-or-swim process for new hires/interns.
