A substitute interviewer was arranged, but this was already 30 minutes past the scheduled time.

I felt that the interview was hurried, and I was expected to provide an optimized solution within the limited time. This happened in an earlier campus round as well.

The interview started 15 minutes late, and you don't get any extra time if that happens.
