Compensation is good, and the stock is on a tear. It's a good place to work if money is the motivation.
Work is not really interesting. You will work on a lot of one-week tweak projects. Competitive culture, but also a culture of fear, codified by a "speed wins" mantra. Management is cold and ruthless. Classic corporate America. The company will do well because of its ruthless attitude.
A couple of token social projects will not really hide the kind of company you really are.
Overall, the process was really difficult (7 interviews overall), but they decided pretty quickly, and the interviews were all comprised in 3/4 days. Most of the interviewers were nice and tried to make your life easier when you hit a dead end.
After the interview, I had a bitter feeling. I was ghosted by a recruiter who did not provide the interview result to the manager. It seems they are just collecting candidates' data.
First technical round: HTML & CSS. Arrange boxes horizontally and vertically (flex-box). Backend test to print a multiplication table. Second technical round: Calculate buying and selling stock to make the most profit. Third technical round: React
