You can move around teams, so take advantage of that and don't wait too long.
Some teams are very product-focused, and those are the ones where an engineer will feel most like a cog in the wheel. The product team writes the JIRA tickets, you write the code, rinse and repeat – that kind of thing.
One hour-long technical phone screen, then a coding challenge that I was given 12 hours to complete. Finally, an on-site interview that involved: * 2 more technical interviews * a behavioral interview * lunch with a few engineers
The process began with the typical call with the recruiter. This was followed by a call with a Director. From there, I moved on to the onsite interview. The entire process was streamlined and friendly. It was probably the best interview I've ever ha
The interview process lasted 6 hours and included a free lunch. It involved one-on-one meetings with 5 different engineers. Each engineer reviewed work experience and presented arbitrary puzzles. These puzzles had to be solved and at least partially
